This Herbal First Aid Allies workshop introduces practical, accessible plant-based support for everyday situations like minor cuts, burns, bites, stress, and mild discomfort. Participants will learn how to match common herbs to basic symptoms, understand key herbal actions, and explore simple preparation methods. Through guided discussion and hands-on activities, attendees will gain confidence in using herbs as supportive tools for the body’s natural healing processes. This class is ideal for beginners and anyone looking to build a foundational herbal first aid kit.🌱✨

This gathering is limited to 20 guests so we can keep things calm, well supported, and unhurried. Materials are prepared in advance and will be distributed at registration, so an RSVP is required to ensure we have enough for everyone.  Please RSVP for each friend coming with you.

✨ Seating Note: This is a bring-your-own-seat event. Please bring a chair, blanket, or pillows—seating areas include grass and paved/brick surfaces. Garden paths are pea gravel, which may be tricky for some guests. No worries—you can enjoy the plants from the brick paths, and all herbs and materials will be passed through the group.
